What we handle
Your book, the title and author name you type, your choices, and the files we make from it. If you give an email address, we keep it to send you your link. We do not ask you to make an account. Stripe, our payment service, collects your email and card details on its own page.
Why
Only to do the work you ordered, let you download it, and take payment. We do not sell your information. We do not use your book to train AI models.
How your book is kept
Your book and every file we make from it are stored in a private folder named with a long secret code. Only your link opens it. If you never pay, it is deleted after 3 hours. After you pay, it is deleted 30 days after your work is finished. You can delete it yourself at any time from your book page.
AI and voice services
To edit, write and read your book aloud, parts of your text are sent to an AI service and a voice service, and the results come back to us. They are used only to do your work. Free samples send a short passage of your book the same way, and nothing from a sample is saved.
Who sees it
Service providers handle parts of the work under their own privacy terms: payments (Stripe), AI writing and editing, voice making, email and hosting. We do not read your book unless you ask us for help.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and Plausible to count visits and see which pages are used. They receive the page address without any query string, your browser and device type, and an approximate location. Plausible uses no cookies; Google Analytics may set cookies. Advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. Neither receives your book. We do not run them on the pages that hold your book or your files.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can stop at any time and delete your book. To ask about an order, write to SHORE AI LLC through the Contact page.
Security
Information travels over encrypted connections and is kept with reputable cloud providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise it.
Children
EditPublishSell is for adults. It is not meant for children under 13.
